Deposit: A $500.00 deposit per cabin is due upon booking. Deposits are required to secure your cabin selection.
Final Payment: Final Payments will be due by March 1st, 2027. You can make payments before final payment date.
Trip Insurance: Trip insurance is always recommended. Please ask me about pricing and options at the time of booking.
Flights: We can assist with airfare and transfer questions.
Add a Pre or Post Night: Yes I can assist with adding additional nights to your trip.
Pacing: River cruises involve walking during excursions—comfortable shoes recommended.
Excursions: Avalon includes excursions at each port. There are optional excursions available for an additional fee. Some ports also offer an option for a guest lecturer if you want to just relax on the ship or explore on your own.
Included: Most meals, excursions, and onboard amenities are included.
Travel Documents: A valid passport is required for international travel. Passports must be valid for 6 months.
Do I need ETIAS: Prague and the Czech Republic will require an ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorisation System) for visa-exempt travelers starting in late 2026. It is not currently active but will require non-EU visitors to register online before traveling to Czechia.
